Well-Oiled Machine Trophy

A fully print-in-place, mechanical, interactive trophy, perfect to congratulate the team that works like a “well-oiled machine”, or yourself!  When tasked to create an entirely unique trophy model, my first thought was how static trophies usually are.  They just sit on a shelf and collect dust.  So, I decided to go in the opposite direction with this design, adding an entertaining interactive element with a small set of herringbone planetary gears that are driven by the centered knob.  Another interesting challenge to this design was making the gears print-in-place, which involved a lot of careful aligning and tolerancing.
