When a vintage windup clock from the 1970s meets a 3D printer from the 2020s, you get a miniature grandfather clock?? When I decided to give my old alarm clock a fresh coat of paint, something drew me to the concept of shrinking an otherwise towering grandfather clock into something that can fit on a desk. Thus, the miniature grandfather clock was born, allowing me to give the clock a more interesting exterior while giving a nod to its vintage roots.
